Balham High Road

Following an unconditional purchase of a 13,000sqft office site in 2024, IndigoScott secured permission for a mixed use redevelopment scheme comprising family housing, apartments and commercial space. Works commenced on site in summer 2025, with Practical completion expected in early 2027.
