indigoScott have recently completed the unconditional purchase of Ironbridge House, Windmill Lane, Hanwell, UB2. Hanwell is a well connected London suburb, with good transport links to Heathrow to the West in approx. 20 mins and with the forthcoming Elizabeth Line in 2019, trains to Bond Street in 17 mins.

Consent has been granted by Ealing Council to convert the building to approximately 50 apartments.
